At Wall Art, we want you to love your new view. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully repackage the art in its original protective sleeves and heavy-duty cardboard box to ensure it arrives back to us undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
